Poland Work Permit (Visa Type D)

What documents do you need to apply for a D-type national visa in Poland?

  • Application form for a Visa –Deliver a registered, completed, printed and signed application.
  • Photograph –Color, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, made on a white background. The photos must be taken within last 6 months, no head coverings or hats;
  • International passport and a copy of the first page –Must contain the signature and be valid for at least 3 months after the date of departure from Poland. Also, must contain at least two blank pages. The passport must be issued within the last 10 years before the date of applying for a visa.Health insurance –The minimum insurance coverage is 30,000Euros.
  • Internal passport (original and photocopy),
  • Supplementary documents, confirming:Possession of sufficient funds to cover the cost of entry, stay and departure from the territory of Poland,
  • Documents confirming the purpose and conditions of the planned stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland,
  • Document conforming the necessity of staying in the territory of Poland for more than 90 days within a half-year period.
  • Payment proof of visa fee –consular payment must be paid before applying for a visa; this fee is not refunded if the visa is refused,
  • The types and number of supplementary documents may differ depending on the consular office.

Poland Work Permit Process

STAGE 1 –DOCUMENTSUBMISSION(Applicant need to Submit the FollowingDocuments)

  • Updated Resume withPhotograph
  • Qualification Certificate(10th, 12th, Degree)
  • Experience Certificate (Offer letter, Appointment letter, Experience letter,ITR)
  • Passport Copy (Front & Back, Travel Pages ifany)
  • Passport Size photograph scanned copy

Note: All documents must be in English, if not please present translated copies. The documents are then sent for eligibility check.

STAGE 2–REGISTRATION.Selected candidate needs to do registration for the process with a registration fee .

STAGE 3–INTERVIEW.If the resumes are approved the candidates need to sign the contract agreement with Company and attend the telephonic Interview.

STAGE 4–SELECTION.Selected candidates will be notified of their selection by Relocate Yourself.

STAGE 5 –EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT / Offer Letter

Within next 3 weeks of the Skype interview Employment Contract/Offer Letter is issued from the Company. Against the Employment contract the candidate needs to next payment.

STAGE 6 –VISA SUBMISSION. After Successful acceptance of the Employment contract by the candidate the documents are sent for approval at the Federal Employment Agency and the Immigration Department in Poland.

Within the next 30 days the Final approval letter is received from Poland that is when the candidate needs to apply for  Schedule Visa Appointment & visit the nearest Poland Consulate General for Visa Submission.

STAGE 7 –FINAL PREPARATION On receiving the VISA the candidate needs to collect the remaining documents for his travel and pay the  final amount

Note: Flight Tickets, Visa Fees, Medical Check-up, Apostle and Health Insurance are to be paid by the candidate directly.
